Our History
AuHD Momma was born out of a personal journey and a profound need for a dedicated space for single mothers raising neurodivergent children. What started as a small community blog has grown into a vital resource hub. We have navigated the complexities of ADHD and Autism (AuHD) ourselves, turning lived experience into a platform for advocacy, education, and mutual support. Our journey has been defined by the incredible stories of resilience from the moms in our community, driving us to continuously expand our reach and impact.
