As a single mother to an ADHD daughter and a recently identified Autistic teenager, the path I thought we were on changed overnight. Navigating the unique complexities of an “AuHD” (Autism + ADHD) household while simultaneously entering the teenage years became incredibly overwhelming.
Facing these challenges with limited support from a traditional “family village,” I realized how vital it is to build a community for mothers in similar situations. A significant part of this journey involves financial planning for the future. By sharing research and promoting products that have genuinely helped us, I am working to build a supplemental income stream.
My daughter’s needs are increasing as she transitions toward adulthood. Knowing that her path to independence may look different than most, this platform serves as a way to support her long-term well-being while helping other moms navigate their own journeys with confidence.
